- All trading orders are generated in real-time by our proprietary native quantitative execution engine based strictly on technical price action and mathematical probability models.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical win rates, simulated backtests, and previous performance records are provided for empirical demonstration purposes only.
- No guarantee is made that subscribers will replicate exact master account returns due to execution variables, slippage, and broker-specific pricing discrepancies.
2. Subscriber Responsibility & Risk Allocation
By subscribing to or copying XAU Apex signals, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- Capital Sizing & Ratio: You are solely responsible for configuring your copy ratio, account leverage, and maximum equity protection inside your MetaTrader 5 terminal's signal settings. We recommend a minimum capital of $150–$300 per 0.01 lot equivalent.
- Mandatory Hard Stops & Fuses: While XAU Apex enforces a mandatory 10.0-point hard Stop Loss, a Macro Volatility Circuit Breaker (≤ 15.0 pts safe candle ceiling), and a Sideways Chop Filter on every master trade, extreme market conditions, weekend gaps, liquidity voids, or news blackouts may result in slippage beyond the intended stop level.
- Broker Execution Variations: Spreads, server latency, execution models (ECN/STP vs Dealing Desk), and swap rates vary significantly between brokers and can impact your net performance.

Subscription billing is governed directly by the official MetaQuotes MQL5 Signals platform:
- MQL5 Signals: Billed on a monthly recurring basis ($34/month promotional rate, standard $60/month) handled directly by MetaQuotes Software Corp via your MQL5 community account. Cancellation and refund policies are governed strictly by MetaQuotes official terms.
- Zero Hidden Fees: XAU Apex does not collect or store any payment data, credit cards, or investor funds directly. All transactions and cloud executions are managed safely inside the MetaTrader 5 ecosystem.
By subscribing, copying, or connecting your MetaTrader account to XAU Apex signals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms of Service and Risk Disclosures.
